Fantastic service and attention to detail! The staff at Point Hotel really were really nice too make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They allowed me to check in early, understanding how tired I was from my long journey. The room was spacious and filled with thoughtful amenities. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the transfer service from the airport was convenient. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I can confidently say that I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience at Point Hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, with the Taurus shopping mall within walking distance and being in the center of all main attractions. , there are regular local restaurants nearby, offering more affordable dining options. The rooms are modern and nicely designed, providing a comfortable stay, and the staff is attentive and willing to help. The breakfast is impressive with a variety of options, including vegetarian choices like different types of bread, local cheeses, fresh and fried vegetables, omelettes, jams.
The prices in the hotel restaurant and bar are quite high, which can be a drawback for those looking for more budget-friendly dining options.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. the exclusive amenities in our room were a absolute luxury, including the plush bedding and high-end toiletries. the Spa & wellness centre was a relaxing escape, with a plethora of services to choose from. the restaurant offered delectable special diet menus, which catered to our dietary restrictions.
it was not a major concern and did not impact the overall quality of our experience.

The hotel lacked a cozy atmosphere and the decor felt a bit outdated. the spa was closed as we were looking forward to a relaxing evening.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and courteous. Our room was spacious and had exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness centre was a great place to relax and get a massage. We enjoyed the beautiful garden area and leisure/TV room. the restaurant had special diet menus and the food was delicious. the bar/lounge area had great cocktails and a wide selection of drinks. the private facilities were exclusive and fulfilled our luxurious needs.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the service staff who were sometimes insistent and annoying when it came to tipping. this did not detract from the overall enjoyable experience we had at this venue.
